Allow us to introduce ourselves:

• Our roots are deep in the community! We are 8th and 9th generation St Clair County residents and 4th and 5th generation O’Fallon residents. This is our home!
• Whitney has 4 children: Greg, Courtney, Elliott and Maggie.
• Courtney has 3 children: Brooklyn, Brayden and Breanna. We understand the needs of moving families!
• We generally work within a 30 mile radius of our office but are active in all markets of the Metro East.
• Courtney has resided on O’Fallon city council since April 2013 and keeps homeowners best interests at heart.

Why you should work with us:

• We absolutely LOVE our careers! Whitney has been licensed since 1993 and Courtney since 2010. Whitney branched out and opened the local owned and operated Progressive Property Network Inc in 2007.
• We have the experience that gives proven results.
• We have a great team that is honest and will provide communication updates whenever you need them
• We use smart, up-to-the-minute marketing strategies and best solutions to get your home as much exposure as possible leveraging the internet, terrific technologies and of course, good old fashioned sales skills!
• We use a customized listing package for each home and will share with you a powerful, results-producing plan to get your home sold for the best possible price in the shortest possible time with the least amount of stress for you and your family.
• We act with professionalism and are committed to serving our clients and customers with the highest ethical standards

All real estate brokers don’t compare:

• Whitney is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) and Courtney has her e-pro certification
• We are FULL-TIME agents. This is our only business so we work in the market every day and know that best tools of the trade to get your home sold quickly or find you the best home for your money.
• We have closed over $100 million in our careers and helped over 1000 families buy or sell real estate property.
• We offer the very competitive 4% listing program. Unlike other agencies we do not have to charge higher commission fees because of large overhead. We are locally owned and operated. We believe on keeping as much equity in your pocket as possible!

So, if you are considering buying or selling a home we would welcome the opportunity to interview for the job. You won't regret it!
